This has lead to the formation of the facilities Management division within the company. This division deals with all aspects of window and façade surveying, maintenance and repair. Roof surveying and repair also feature strongly.

This facility is serving clients requirements under insurance policies to have regular building surveys to highlight potential problems as part of preventative maintenance, or to aid requirements under care and maintenance warranty conditions. The service generally provides confidence in the building structure performance and durability.
